Warranty Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Scope of Application: These warranty terms apply solely to all sauna room products and related accessories manufactured and sold to overseas markets by Jinan Quanquan Sauna Factory. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Warranty Period

- Main structure (solid wood frame, walls, ceiling): 5 years from the date of delivery

- Core electrical components (sauna heater, thermostat, lighting system, power adapter): Subject to the specified warranty period of the respective brand

- Consumable accessories (door seals, wooden foot pads, ventilation filters): 1 year from the date of delivery

1.2 Warranty Service

During the warranty period, upon our confirmation that the product malfunctions under normal household use due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective parts free of charge.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

We shall not be liable for free repair or replacement in the following cases:

- Damage caused by failure to install, operate, maintain or clean the product in accordance with the user manual

- Damage to electrical components due to voltage mismatch, incorrect wiring, or non-standard power supply

- Human damage, impact, improper handling, unauthorized modification or disassembly of the product

- Damage caused by force majeure including natural disasters, fire, water ingress, etc.

- Secondary damage resulting from repair or modification by personnel not authorized by us

- Normal aging and wear of consumable parts (e.g. aging door seals, worn foot pads)

- Natural appearance characteristics of wood such as grain, color variation and knots

- Use of the product for commercial, high-frequency or other non-household purposes

- Products beyond the warranty period

- Products purchased through unauthorized third parties

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

1. Claim Submission: The purchaser shall submit a warranty claim via email to zhao@zqlongjin.com, providing the order number, proof of purchase, fault description, and photos/videos of the defective product.

2. Fault Verification: We will respond within 24 hours and complete fault assessment within 48 hours.

3. Service Execution: We will provide repair or replacement parts accordingly. The purchaser shall return the defective product to our designated address.

During the warranty period, we bear the shipping cost from our factory to the destination port; the purchaser shall bear the return shipping cost from the local location to China.

4. Acceptance Confirmation: Upon completion of repair or replacement, the purchaser shall inspect and accept the product, and the warranty record will be updated accordingly.

4. Purchaser’s Obligations

- Provide genuine and valid proof of purchase and product information

- Cooperate with us in fault inspection and verification

- Strictly comply with product installation, operation and maintenance instructions

- Properly package the returned product to avoid secondary damage during transit

5. Limitation of Liability

Our entire liability under these terms is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profits, personal injury and other related expenses.

6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. All disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation in priority. If no settlement can be reached, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

7. Miscellaneous

- We reserve the right of final interpretation of these warranty terms.

- Repair or replacement during the warranty period shall not recalculate or extend the original warranty period.

- These warranty terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding after-sales service.
